The newly updated FAOSTAT Emissions database for Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU) is available online! It contains updated estimates for Agriculture (1961-2011, plus projections to 2030 and 2050) and Land Use (1990-2010).
Follow this link to read the press release (http://www.fao.org/news/story/en/item/216137/icode/)and to access the accompanying GHG Report ‘’Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use: 1990-2011 Analysis (http://www.fao.org/docrep/019/i3671e/i3671e.pdf).
The new update from FAOSTAT was produced by the FAO Monitoring and Assessment of GHG Emissions and Mitigation Potential in Agriculture Project (http://www.fao.org/climatechange/micca/ghg/en/), funded by the Governments of Germany and Norway. The new data are available at the following links:

The data are accompanied by metadata information in English, Spanish and French, detailing the estimation procedures with reference to the 2006 IPCC Guidelines. The metadata, accessible online under both the browse and download sections of FAOSTAT, can assist statistical offices involved in the collection and validation of agricultural/forestry statistics to identify the appropriate variables needed for GHG estimates. Metadata are also useful for environmental agencies that compile and report GHG emissions for the AFOLU sector. You may also access metadata directly here: http://www.fao.org/climatechange/micca/78838/en/
